"As a Guest Service Representative, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting hotel services, facilities and outlets and providing information of upcoming events/functions in the hotel and surrounding areas."

New Skills 

Holiday Inn and Suites - Aggieland has given me the opportunity to expand my customer service skills and understand that every guest's requirements/expectations will be different. I've become very comfortable handling difficult situations and billing accounts; this is something I struggled with at the beginning of my internship. After spending my summer working the front desk, I've come to understand that the Guest Service Agent is truly the face of the hotel and our role in the hotel is held to a high standard by guest and corporate.  Being confident in my role and knowing how to assist  hotel guest and make their stay memorable is my biggest take away from my internship.
